Thanksgiving

No trespassing? What? The park is CLOSED? We just drove 30 minutes to get here to see the alligators. Well...lets go for it anyways.Mom (Linda) had to use the port-a-potty....and dad thought trapping her in would be funny. It was funny....for those of us on the outside. What a good sport! Canoeing at Wekiva.

Ballet?

I don't have any other pictures of the long weekend -- I always forget to take my camera out. We made a nice Thanksgiving meal, played games, went go-carting, and watched Allison's soccer team win the National Championship. Lots of laughs and lots of fun.

The Big Game

We went to D.C. to visit Peter and Joe. Jon and Peter had bet on the last Ohio State-Michigan football game -- the guy whose team lost had to visit the other one for the next game. So of course Jon lost and was obligated to go up to D.C. for the game (not that we minded -- we had been eagerly anticipating this trip for months!)
Even the dog was decked out.
Jon, are you even watching?
The game wasn't the most exciting football game ever. Ohio won. Good thing Jon didn't bet again this year.

Trip to DC

Yes, I'm finally updating!

Back in October, Jon had the chance to go to the Greenbuilding Conference in Chicago. On the day he left for Chicago, I flew to St. Louis to spend a few days with Erika. We took this dorky picture together, and I didn't get a single picture of Eli! How frustrating. Oh well, you can check out her blog for pics of the babe. After a few days in St. Louis, I spent the night in Decatur with Jon's family and then we all drove up to Chicago for the weekend. I don't have too many pictures of that trip either...oops.
Reminiscing....here is our apartment that we lived in while we were in Chicago. We drove by it to show the fam.
